I found a freshly ran over dog late at night and called the nearest vet. They asked if I can bring the dog to them and when I said no because it is on a road and keeps getting ran over by cars they just told me to take a picture of the dog and send it to a lost&found. I was waiting but they never came to recover the body. Absolutely disgraceful. I am terribly sorry to the owners. It was someone’s beloved missing pet and me as a regular citizen don’t know what to do with unexpectedly seeing a corpse of a dog on the street hence why called for nearest help which never came.

What can I say …. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for all the great care you have given us over the years and hopefully will do for many years to come The compassion shown was second to none And the personal touch was only amazing thank you Elaine and Delia 🌹 Thank you Dermot and Joe and all the vets there we really appreciate all you have done And behind the scenes to all the staff thank you 🐾🌟

I went there twice with little pigeons, and every time they were incredibly kind and welcoming. I didn’t have to pay anything for bringing the birds, and even once when I arrived around midnight, they received me with a smile. Truly caring and wonderful people.

Blackpool vetanary hospital has shown our poodle Nellie the greatest care, we travel over two hour to get there and it's worth every minute they are so kind and even remembered her name, I will be eternally grateful for there skill and expertise curing Nellie's broken leg. I thoroughly recommend this pet's hospital

I just wanted share my amazing experience with Blackpool Veterinary Hospital , my staffie went in for an operation and due to no Fault of my own , my little staffie ended up getting gastroenteritis, he was in and out of the vet and the level of care was absolutely amazing, they really do make you feel like they stand for animal care befor profit and I just cannot recommend all the staff there enough, From the moment we walked in, they treated us with compassion, urgency, and genuine care,they always took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed us, and made sure we understood all our options. What stood out most was their incredible dedication—they stayed after hours to monitor my staffie (my child) and even checked in with me personally to let me know how he was doing. They really are the most amazing vet and staff and so greatfull that my dogs are always treated by the very best ❤️ thank you to everyone at Blackpool Veterinary Hospital!

We ended up here in an emergency and despite having no dealings with them before, everyone we met was so unbelievably kind and professional. This resulted in a few visits with a sad outcome but we knew that we were doing the right thing and felt great support and compassion from each vet - thank you Joe, Cathal and Michael. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My experience at Blackpool Veterinary Hospital was a positive one. We were seen at very short notice with our sick hamster. Unfortunately, he didn't make it but everything was done to try and save him. I'd like to thank Joe our vet particularly for being so kind and understanding and professional. The cost was also reasonable and even though our little hamster didn't make it, we felt looked after.
