All i can say is this vets should be ashamed of themselves and if you are reading this review my advice is look again for another vets because my experience as been bad if your dog needed help and op and this vet took my dog in for all tests n xrays didn't find anything wrong then week later had to go to other vets found something had op.my dogs fine now no thanxs to this vets rowan im fighting for refund they offer me £124 it cost £1300, plus other vets fees of£1570, my reply to offer is stick it where the sun doesn't shine.Rowan vets should be ashamed.

Best vets around, super friendly and helpful. Always really good with my two cats. They have an app which makes booking super easy as well

I visited here with my nan and her dog to make a really tough decision. I didn't get the name of the vet, she was American if that narrows it down, and she was AMAZING. She literally made this experience as calm and as peaceful as it could have been. She listened to my nan, she explained everything properly, she was patient and so kind. My nan has had bad experiences with other vets but Rowan has never let us down. The receptionist was also super friendly and fantastic. I used to bring my dog before she passed to them, when it was opposite HSBC, and could never fault the service received. Highly recommend.

Been with Rowan for a number of years, just had our Dog in for surgery to remove a growth on his ear. They are obviously animal lovers and the care taken is second to none.

Very unhappy with how myself and my animals have been treated, we were on a pet care plan a couple of years ago with rowan vets promising full health checks along with other benefits, the health check they basically look the dog ask you a few questions and that's it, over in 2-3 minutes, absolutely not a health check, we then cancelled our pet care plan with them and just stuck to meds off them when needed, after ordering meds on Monday (4 days ago) I was told they'd be ready to collect in 2 days or so, I call today to be told they haven't even been ordered and I'd have to pay £70 for a consult them the meds on top, its just about money with these people and no care for the animals (well mine anyway) avoid!
