We are Spanish. Last year we were looking for a vet that could administer the vaccines we needed for our dog and everything was great. The vet provided the requested vaccines and the care was 10/10, even though we were with our baby, who was much younger than us, and the dog. This time it was the complete opposite. I made an appointment for the same thing, the same vaccines. When we arrived at the appointment, it didn't take even 5 minutes. He only administered vaccines without confirming with us that they were the ones we wanted. In fact, he didn't administer the rabies vaccine. He used one in the nose, and I really can't confirm if he did it correctly. We paid for something we didn't request, and they charged us €40 for deworming for a completely healthy dog. I know perfectly well the prices of dewormers, even in Ireland last year we supplied Nexgard without any problem, but this year it was an abuse. Of course, we won't be back. I returned the deworming products, feeling cheated and losing a client. Of course, we will never recommend them again. My first experience was exceptional, and the second, very sadly, the complete opposite.

Great vets, gave excellent care to both our dogs and always informs us of costings along the way! Lovely vet who is so kind and seems to go out of his way to be nice to our dogs.

It was just a warm and friendly vet to take my dog too the service was so friendly and very helpful as for my dog they made her so relaxed “ I definitely would not go beyond value vets and when they say value they really do mean it “ what wonderful staff “ the whole experience was just so lovely

Had our 1st visit yesterday and I will definitely be back. Receptionists very friendly and helpful, treating customer and patients with respect ✊ Quick diagnose, explanation on treatment. Overall very happy 😊

My dog Sam passed away a week ago and we brought him here to be cremated. They were so helpful and sympathetic I don't know the vets name that came out to the car to carry him in but we knew straight away that he was in very good hands and she would take care of him. She made us feel a bit better as we handed him over. Thank you so much for everything and for making it a little easier for us.
