I brought my beautiful 12 year old bichon to this crowd on 6th February. Spoke with the vet who quoted me at a ballpoint cost of €400. Left him overnight feeling relieved he was in good care, or so I thought. The next day female vet, or whomever calls me and says they needed to give him a bigger operation that would cost over €2000 I explained that I didn't have that money so she asked how old he was and hinted to euthanise him for me as he was almost 13! I was so overwhelmed by it all that I agreed. which i have been in deep regret with since. Please don't take your pet here if you can't afford astronomical costs or they will then try to coerce you into putting it down. I paid them over 700 for bad treatment and cremating my poor dog. And every week I get 2 threatening letters to tell me I owe a further €126 and threats that it has escalated to a debt collection agency. GREEDY SHOWER ! The AUDACITY to send me bills after I went in good conscience to them to help my dog and they only ended up taking his life because I couldn't afford the surgery and was pressurised into making a VERY regrettable decision. I have a good mind to sue them. They do not care about your pet. They want your money and will overcharge because they know we're desperate when we go there. PLEASE TAKE YOUR PET SOMEWHERE ELSE! I would hate someone else to experience what I've had to endure. I was in shock for weeks and am now fuming that I realise what they've done. It was not my dogs time to go. I am deeply traumatised by the whole experience and it's been almost 6 weeks.. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

A very urgent visit for our pet. We knew the visit cost before going which was fine (200 euro)However to have bloods done during the night for him ,was ,as we were. Told ,more expensive than during the day ! That was despite the bloods being done in house ! Given a diagnosis of a possible ear infection and subsequent tablets .We were advised further tests would be very expensive and a scan would be 1000 euro . As he was 14/15 years We brought him home, gave him thw meds to no avail and unfortunately had to have him euthenased a few day later . When we rang to book this the cost quoted was extremely expensive (just inder 400 euro for cremation and return of the ashes )and we brought him to a local vet expecting the same cost , as beside the cost, the journey would have been too long for him, and it was less than half of the quote from Sunbeam vet. To be fair the vet on call on the night was very kind .

Save your money instead of coming here. I have been lied to for years with my dog. I went for a second opinion because my dogs hind legs didn't seem to be normal and she was walking weird. I kept being told that she just needs minerals and vitamins. Never told the truth, that she has Medial patellar luxation bilateral which needs surgery!! I will not be coming back here. If you want your pet to be healthy then I suggest you avoid this place.

Got my lovely dog put down recently at this vet. The vet that put my dog to sleep was absolutely lovely...I was very upset..put my dog in car and went back to pay.. The receptionist with black hair was not nice.....she knew I got my dog put down and left me standing for 10 minutes while she spoke to a lady about pet insurance....they took my money while my dog was sick ...over 1300...but it seemed now I had no use....all it would have taken was 2 minutes to take my 109.00 euro....
