I am giving this review regarding today. I have been with pdsa for a long time for my cat and dog but today we sadly had to put our 15 year old family cat to rest. We felt supported, everything was explained, we were treated with respect, caring, understanding and genuine sympathy. We were given as much time as we needed, we weren’t rushed out and we truly felt like they were taking the journey of grief with us. Thank you so much to everyone involved in our cats passing over at the pdsa we appreciate your care today so much. It also made me think twice about moaning waiting for so long in the waiting room, you never know when there is a family taking up a room using their time to say goodbye to a part of their family. Thank you again to everyone involved in our Gary’s care and his passing today (yes our cat was called Gary) thank you pdsa 😽🥺

Honestly couldn't reccomend PDSA any more. Sam, our vet was absolutely fantastic. Acted so quick and he just knew there wasn't something right with our cat, Marley. Had him look after from the minute we got in, overnight and throughout. He's now on the mend after life saving surgery and honestly thank you so much guys. Marley will be forever grateful ❤️

Lovely staff and always happy to help and advise. Had pets we've acquired when family have sadly passed on and taken my own pets here for around. 10years. Rang this morning as my cat had an abscess. They asked us to provide images and they called back within the hour with a treatment plan. Popped in later in the day to collect prescription and although it was busy there were signs to say how long it would take if you were waiting for a vet. We were sorted with a prescription within 10minutes for a small fee. Thanks for always taking fab care of my fur babies and being so kind and helpful in our times of need.

I’ve used PDSA a couple of times. Once my chihuahua pup had kennel cough and another time she stood on a wasp and had a bad reaction. When I called them they were absolutely amazing. I was panicking and not sure what to do. They told me to bring her in straight away. They gave her a little jab and we had to sit and stay just to be sure she was ok. Within 20 minutes the swelling had gone down and she was back to herself within minutes. They were absolutely lovely to me and the vets were lovely.
