Easy to access and affordable vets practice. Staff and vets always super friendly and helpful, we’re very grateful that this service is available especially when you have on going appointments. Very knowledgeable team and always explain procedures, prices and next steps before taking them. Thank you !

I would recommend the Animal Trust in Ashton under Lyne to anyone. They really care for the animals and the staff are so lovely, It's always busy but check-in and appointments are very prompt and the place is always very clean.

It’s meant to be a vets but no one helps we gotta do most things ourselves when it should be the people at the vets who are “professional”.. wouldn’t even touch my dog sent us off with sedation tablets to come back in again. Not really helpful it was good when it first opened but it seems like there not bothered about our pets

Wow! What can I say! Outstanding Team! From the second we walked in, to the moment we left 🙌🏻🙏🏻💖 Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, patient, professional, understanding and could not do enough to help our handsome little cat, Louis, and support us. Jamie, Laura, Liv, Ezra, Maria, Afra, Gloria and Ioanna, were amazing, and many more staff were on hand. They helped us with every question and concern, and gave care and advice. They went above and beyond for us. It's clear to see they are passionate about what they do. We cannot thank you enough. Eternally grateful 🙏🏻 🥲 🫶🏻🥰

It has to be said that feedback can change easily and varies as situations are different for everyone. My dog had been booked in to have two of its teeth extracted after damaging them. He is a large dog (American Bulldog) And is happy to go to the vet. Just not happy to have a needle stuck in him. Therefore, as a precaution, I always muzzle him Not because I think he’s going to bite, but because I think it makes the vet feel more comfortable. And I can’t say as I blame her. On the day I attended initially to have the teeth extracted. I unfortunately was seen by a vet who was very rude and dismissive to the extent that the surgery did not take place as I did not feel that it was Dog in her care. However I spoke to the Senior Nurse and she could not have been any more reassuring rebooking the appointment. When I went today to have it done, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect and professional team who overall things beautifully, And we’re just incredible. I will say after reading through some of the comments that for some of you it appears you want a golden service whilst paying Pound store prices. If you’re complaining about waiting times, Or availability of appointments, Then those really aren’t legitimate Complaints. If you can’t comprehend that when there are emergencies, it means that your pet that isn’t having an emergency will need to wait or you can go elsewhere then I feel sorry for you. My Dog’s appointment today ran over considerably, And whilst I fully expected to be told I would be charged extra. I was not, something I was truly surprised by and not expecting. So to the whole team, who did such a great job, thank you.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Animal Trust for seeing my dog Buster so quickly, even though they already had other dogs waiting. They still made the time for us and I’m honestly so grateful. The whole team were amazing — kind, patient and reassuring. They put me at ease straight away and treated Buster with so much care. It makes such a difference when you feel listened to and supported, especially when you’re worried about your pet. Thank you again for going above and beyond for us. Buster is my world, and knowing he was in safe hands meant everything. 🐾💛
