Since adopting my two year old rescue cat three years ago, she has been cared for by Lancaster Vets and I have nothing but praise for the monitoring and treatment that takes place. The clinical staff are all so calm, friendly, and good-humoured which is very reassuring when you have a cautious ex stray cat who does not like to be picked up or confined. Yesterday was health check, injections, claw clipping and flea/worm treatment, all carried out with kindness. The reception staff are always welcoming , efficient and friendly. The building is bright and very clean with a well-organised waiting room.

It took us a while to find a vet that understood and was equipped to support the care of our greyhound. We were recommended Lancaster vets and haven’t looked back. Having expertise and empathy underpinning your pets health and wellbeing journey is invaluable. Photo of a very happy hound

My cat Georgie went for a scale and polish and had two teeth out. He was treated with as always lots of love care and attention. A few hours after wouldn’t know he’d had anything done. Great treatment, nothing less than expected from this wonderful practice. ♥️

Friendly helpful receptionists. Vets and veterinary nurses excellent and knowledgeable. I travel to these, not my closest vets, but I know my dog is well cared for by them.

Thank you for taking Peach in when someone brought her in last week. The paw prints and fur clippings really mean a lot. The woman who brought her in for us was really caring and gentle with her.

We signed up to Lancaster vets when we moved back to the area in 2021, they looked after Axel, our beloved Ginger Tom. He unfortunately became very I’ll this year while we were on holiday in Egypt, the cattery took him to our vets, Lancaster vets. Who contacted us in Sharm and informed us of the severity of Axels condition which had worsened over the last couple of days. We had to have him put to sleep and out of pain, heartbroken and miles away we could do nothing. They comforted him as he slipped away, we are still and will always be heartbroken at loosing such a devoted loving pet and friend. Upon our return, we picked up his ashes, produced to us with a lovely card, and box with certificate, proof of individual cremation, a copy of his paddy paw prints and two snips of his fur in little glass bottles. They went above and beyond. It was nice to know he was with people who cared, as we couldn’t be there. Thank you. Dave, Rachel and Tom Hall.
