Wonderful place. They took such good care of my Luna during her spaying, communicated with me, gave me all the information I needed, booked me in super quick when I was worried about her wound for a checkup. The staff are always so friendly no matter who you speak to on reception or see for your appointment. They were amazing with Lynx for his first checkup, he’s a nervous boy but was comfortable and relaxed! Would recommend to pet owners. You can go in to your appointment knowing you get an amazing service from the reception staff as soon as you go in, your pet gets the best care from the vets and it is worth every penny for your little babies. Thank you so much.

My cats are always well attended to here , lovely reception, nurses and vets. Always answer any questions I have put my mind at ease and always make my cats feel calm and special in every appointment. Lancaster vets is always a welcoming place and the waiting room feels calm and clean. When we saw the vet we were met with a smile and a warm welcome and she helped my dog feel calm when he entered the room. She listened to all of my concerns and checked my dog over carefully and reassuringly, and she gave some good explanations and advice to the issues we were discussing. My dog and I left feeling very happy, thank you :)

Such a lovely environment that my dog refuses to walk past without going in to say hello! Vets and nurses are all kind and helpful, as are the receptionists. Good value for money on their pet plan where you get regular checks and flea and wormers for your dog.
