Wonderfull reception staff, make you feel at ease, my dog loves the vet Mathew who we have seen 3 times, he actually wags his tail when he sees him. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks to all at Oakmount vets for your kindness

Had such a pleasant experience with this vets. As soon as i walked in, was greeted by a lovely group of receptionists who could not have been nicer if they tried even though they were incredibly busy and the phones were going berserk. My dog saw a lovely gentleman I think he goes by the name of Paul (not too sure). He was very reassuring and put my mind at ease when I had to bring my little doggy into see him. Thank you oakmount for being such an amazing team. Highly recommend!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I need to make it clear that I cannot comment on the the level of care. EDIT - It's now Tuesday and still no confirmation email. My review is based on 2 calls with the reception team. Both seemed totally disinterested and wanted me off the line quickly. The questions I had were ignored with a you need to register the pet online. Post registration I called back for an appointment you need to wait for a confirmation email when asked when that will arrive, should be today. It's now tomorrow and still no email. New customer lost. As a side note, registered online with another practise after this experience. Confirmation email received same day and appointment made.

I took Bruno for his annual booster jabs, having registered him with the practice a while back, after we moved from Bury to Burnley. It's a few minutes from home, so very convenient. We were treated with courtesy by the reception staff and the vet was very good with Bruno, and listened to his history, and arranged for prescriptions to go on his file, in case we need to treat conditions we've experienced previously. I can recommend this vets practice, without reservation!

We had an emergency visit at almost closing time when our usual vets would not even give us the time of day. (Vets4pets). The care we received was excellent and would highly recommend. This is now our go to vets for our cats. Positive experience wasn't prescribed unnecessary medication and wasn't charged for an emergency. Really friendly staff and my usually nervous cat was calm and relaxed. ❤️
