My beautiful Winnie waiting for her booster she was so brave the staff here are so lovely and friendly and always have a smile on their face the lady who saw Winnie was lovely and you get a warm welcome here thank you guys ☺️ highly recommended coming here

Absolutely brilliant 👏 put me at ease straight away and my cat gizmo which i was very surprised as she doesn't like strangers but the vet was brilliant totally put gizmo at ease and felt like she actually cared about me and gizmo. Was expensive but you get what you pay for and I'm so glad I took gizmo here. Would definitely recommend this place loved it ☺️

I’ve been coming to Lanes in Poulton since we moved to the area. I have always been pleased with the way all the staff behave towards the pets in their care and their owners. I would like to take this opportunity however to mention Jo Forrest in particular for the care and attention shown towards our poorly rabbit, Kiwi. Her time, expertise and the advice she has shared with us. Such a star - thank you.

The most caring vets ever .. just recently they helped me say farewell to my gorgeous Titbit , golden retriever of only eight years with lymphoma and the way they handled Tiddy from the beginning of his life right up to to end days was above and beyond . I love these vets so much so that even Tiddy loved being there . A massive thank you to Bracewell Lanes vets!

The vet’s, nurse’s & receptionist’s are always friendly & welcoming. On this visit, I think her name is Georgina, took the time to talk to me about my cat Bella who passed away in December. It was very comforting to know that her final hour’s were pain free. Thank you to everyone at Lane’s Vet’s Poulton. As always all members of employees including receptionist’s very pleasant, competent, efficient etc The vet that saw my cat Billy today was a new one to myself & Billy. But as all the other vets Billy has had the pleasure of being treated by, he was very respectful & caring, along with giving me some very sound advice for administering medication to Billy.
