Very pleased with the treatment and the level of care shown at Vetcare. All the staff genuinely care and explain conditions and treatments in depth Chad is absolutely amazing , best vet by far

Without doubt the best vets that I've taken my dogs to be treated. We see the same vets and they know their patients. The knowledge and experience of the vets and nurses is great. The quality of service is also fantastic. Unlike many of the large corporate practices, the animal patient is the priority rather than profit.

Vetcare Leigh give excellent care to Congi. All staff are very helpful, honest and friendly. He always gets an appointment, never any hassle. I would definitely recommend vetcare.

I have downgraded my 5 star review as its really difficult to get an appointment with Chad and I have not a lot of faith in the other vets at the practice. Although for routine vaccinations etc that's fine. However when my pet is sick I really don't want to see anyone else but Chad is always booked up. I realise it is not always practical as Chad gets booked up quick but the only reason I went to this vet was via recommendation. I have seen 2 other vets with my dogs itchy ear charged £100 a time and the issue is still not resolved so my faith has been destroyed in seeing other vets. As it is I am left with a sick cat and trying to get an appointment at other vetenary practices with good feedback. I was offered an appointment with Chad on 24th July which is obviously not practical. There is also issues with staff not answering the phone for long periods of time. I suggest getting some more knowledgable vets as without Chad this practice would be one star and he can't do it all. As it is I have taken my 3 pets out of the practice now and gone elsewhere. My cat has now been seen and treated professionally and adequately.

I would not hesitate in recommending this vets. The entire team; reception, nurses, vet and cleaner are all very friendly and helpful. I had a concern regarding my dog, I was given an appointment straight away and after speaking to the vet blood test were recommended. The vet nurse gave me the option to wait if I wanted for the results. Within 25 mins I had the results. Thankfully my dogs results were fine and I cannot thank you enough for the peace of mind you gave me for processing these results so quickly rather than having to wait days.
