2 stars for the lady who was on today. Rude and abrupt and also didn’t let me speak when giving more information about a stray dog I brought in (she was on at 1:30pm 26/10) . Would give 5+ stars for the lady who was on at 12am this morning who was welcoming and warm to the dog who was clearly scared. Don’t go into this job if you don’t care about animals?

Always dealt with promptly with friendly ..helpful..competent staff....my pet is quite difficult at the vets yet they treat them with the same care as any other pet. The 24/7..365......is perfect and I am nit charged excessively for the out of hours appointments. Their general prices are competitive.

Well what can I say! They were absolutely amazing for my Ralph! The vet with the red hair, I didn't catch her name but she was incredible! The ladies on reception were too! Thank you all so much! Ralph is on the mend and he said thank you!!! 🐾

My pets vets at Lowton are the best vets around. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The vets are amazing especially Rick, he has been outstanding with my boy Tom, who has seizers.All my goldens are very well looked after every time they go. Julia is very nice and helpful, she goes above and beyond to help. All the vets are so friendly, it helps if your feeling stressed. I personally would not want my to go anywhere else. Outstanding xxx

Visited for the first time due to our family dog being unwell. Cannot speak highly enough about each member of staff who dealt with us. After a consultation and scan our worse fears were confirmed. We were informed of Floyd’s condition and our options were discussed at length. All our questions were answered and our feelings were considered. We were given time and space to consider all the information we’d been given. We phoned the following day as we knew we were prolonging things for our benefit and it was unfair on Floyd. The most awful of situations was eased by the support and care we were shown by every member of staff. The compassion we felt was second to none. We arranged to return with Floyd, on return we immediately taken to a room to be alone, Floyd was given a blanket and a quilt to make himself comfy but he chose the floor, which was always his preference. We were allowed as much time as we needed and Floyd was treated to some chocolate which he loved. When we were ready Floyd was sent to sleep after which we were once again given as much time as needed. I would like to thank everyone at the practice, with extra thanks to Anna who saw us on both occasions. She changed her duties on the day to be with us as Floyd had met her the day before. Him being calm and feeling at ease was her first concern, our coping with this situation was her second. I would not hesitate recommending this practice and once again huge thanks to all the team for their duty of care and compassion. They all helped ease our heartache.

Our lovely little boy CHAI CHU has sadly passed away. Chai Chu suffered from skin disease for many years and finally found the cause at My Pets Vets, Dr. Tomo and his team, they were very attentive and professional, found the cause, tried various treatments and he has been in better condition for more than two years. Finally, I would like to thank you the team for their excellent work, understanding in our loss. The team giving us so much help. I have kept my little boy fur and his paw prints. I highly recommend the team at My Pets Vets. Thank you so much for treating CHAI CHU.

Hello. My name is Lisa Frederick and I brought my French Bulldog Ivy last night just before midnight. From the phone call to use leaving the vet you were amazing. The receptions made us feel welcome when we walked in. The vet Christian who seen to us was amazing. Ivy is a very nervous dog when it comes to vets but he was amazing with. He got down on her level and tried interacting with her until she felt comfortable. He gave her treats and won her round in the end haha. He was very thorough when checking Ivy and took his time and also took his time to speak to use afterwards putting my mind at ease. The amazing care I received here was amazing so much so that im in the process of swapping Ivy over to you permanently. Thanks you from thr bottom of my heart for all you did last night. Ivy has been in crate rest since we came home and is taking it like a champ haha Christian thank you again for being so kind and patient with my nervous Ivy your a real credit to my pets vets.
