So glad I decided to see Sabrina and her team to treat my collie. Everything was explained to me beforehand in an easy to understand way which made it easy to make any decisions needed. I felt a huge level of trust and confidence on leaving him there for his op and they were all brilliant when I picked him up and went through all that they had done. The price was what had been talked about so no surprises there either. All in all I highly recommend them. 😁😁

I had excellent service here from all staff when my dog was suddenly taken ill while I was on holiday. I had to visit three times and I was extremely impressed with the service. Highly recommended

Took my dog for the first time to this vets. Honestly the staff were so lovely and patient with her as she is very nervous when going to the vets. Highly recommend!

Very kind & caring people, we had to let our dog Suzie of 16yrs go last week obvioiusly upsetting and the service we got was very compassionate and they were genuinely concerned for our feelings.

We've been seeing Sabrina and the team for the last 7 years with our 2 dogs and cat.The whole team have been so supportive and accommodating with our very nervous rescue dog, making sure that he has positive experiences each visit. They have built a solid relationship through kindness and treats with both our dogs and we really value this. Every time one of our animals goes in, the care they are shown is really clear and it shows just how much they love animals. Any information or treatment given is always clear and well explained and we've always felt our pets best interests are put number 1. Our lot say thankyou and more liver paste please 😂🐾

Absolutely first rate service, can’t praise them highly enough. On holiday in the area and had a dog emergency, she managed to wolf down half a chocolate egg, the first last I spoke to was so calm, explained the problem and solution and would see us as soon as we could get there. Took her from me as I walked through the door and an hour later I had a very contrite and sleepy, but no longer in danger dog. So caring, so calming and so professional from start to finish. Thank you so much for taking good care of her

I can totally recommend anyone to join the practice. I moved there from a different practice as I felt they put the amount of money they could make before the animals welfare. My most recent experience shows that I made the rite choice. My beautiful older cocker spaniel was acting out of sorts 10 weeks ago, so we made an appointment and saw a lovely lady vet. She determined after examining him that he was seriously ill. Rather than try to recommend lots of different costly tests that would have only told us the cause, she simply advised that we keep him as comfortable as possible for his remaining time and suggested simple food changes and a powder I could buy on line to help his tummy. Fast forward 10 weeks and our fur baby's health failed. The compassion they showed both before, during and after he was put to rest was amazing, and they even went as far as sending a beautiful hand written card of sympathy, which was so appreciated and definitely above and beyond expectations (in the 26 years+ of keeping dogs and cats, this was a first). It's lovely to be part of a practice who put the pets and owners first.

Pretty much nearly finished off my dog and they both caught Kennel cough. Also did this to a friends dog. The person in charge of complaints is the vets partner so you won't get anywhere. Worst experience with vets in all the years I've had pets. Don't use !! Edit !! I did contact on phone and email. I made an official complaint. The vets partner was the person who dealt with complaints. Hence I didn't stand a chance. The operated on my elderly Labrador despite that not being in her best interests. In fact she went deaf and lost some of her sight. When that failed they wanted to do it again ! They also had a dog in the waiting room with kennel cough when I arrived , which both my elderly dogs both caught ! Westmorland vets where shocked at the treatment we had and sorted Labradors issue without surgery . They also took my other dog off the medication that had been prescribed as it was incorrect and nearly killed him. Absolutely 💯 in it for the money 💰. Not the pets welfare. Also not experienced enough.
