You can always rely on vets4pets when looking after your pets. The staff have always been kind, understanding and knowledgeable. I can say that I trust the staff at walkden to do what's best for my dog.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a vets! They have a duty of care to all animals, we have found a severely injured stray cat, we took it there to see if its chipped and if so locat the owners and maybe make it comfortable...THEY REFUSED TO SCAN THE CAT FOR A MICROCHIP, THEY REFUSED TO OFFER ANY CARE WHATSOEVER! We will be reporting this vial behaviour to the relevant authorities!

Im 18 have a low pay job took me ages to save for my cats neutering and theyd made a mistake on his examination i ended up haveing to pay over a hundred pounds just to be told they couldn't do it and that i should fork out more money for a scan i was in tears almost all day and couldnt get a refund for their mistakes unbelievable

Do not take your xl bully dogs here to be neutered. They kill your dog. Many have died, massive cut too big that should not have been that way. They turned around and said it was because they couldnt find her ovaries. Not good enough explanation. Staff are under trained for this. Awful thing for a family to go through!

Everyone from reception staff to veterinary staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Treated my cat like he was one of their own. Very impressed and pleased with the service received. Signed up to the complete healthcare plan so no need to pay for vaccinations today as covered by the plan
