My Vet has multiple practices, however I can never get an appointment at my local one and always have to travel miles. Also there are multiple vets and I never seem to see the same one.... some also lack empathy and can be very crass with their diagnosis. It feels as if they're just chasing the £ rather than careing about the pet owners or the animal

Polite, professional and respectful staff. Whichever practice you visit I’m sure both your pet and yourself will be happy.🐕🦺🙂

Mum's dog was in for a check up and vaccines, together with his regular medication for fitting. He continues to be fit well and healthy with the expert care provided, the changes to availability of a vet at our local practice means it is really easy to get the care Bertie needs and the Pets Club makes everything easier to afford for her. Brilliant

A new young lady has started at this practice now and is really trying hard to make improvements and it shows she is ever so helpful and sorted out my problem and even rang to remind me I hadn't picked up our dogs prescription. Keep up the good work.

This place is never open so I don't know how it runs. Booked my dog in with the vet for 9am... Vet didn't show up until 9:30 claiming it didn't open until then, even though the same person had booked the appointment for 9am just a week before. Website opening hours are also incorrect. Two weeks later I have an appointment for 1:30, turn up - closed again. Oh we go on lunch for an hour 1-2. Why book appointments for that time then? Had an elderly lady outside, in zero degree temperatures, freezing and crying upset worrying she had got the appointment time wrong. Shameful.

Absolute shambles of a vets. Took my kitten to get vaccinated, arranged her second vaccination date with the vets and was assured this was still in the time frame. Arrived to be told by the vet she was days out and unfortunately would the process would have to be started again. I was also told this would be an extra charge to me even though this was their error. Vet gave the kitten the first injection again and went right through the neck and came out the other side, ended up having to be done again, causing undue stress to the kitten. Trying to ring prior I was in a queue for an hour and their online booking system tells you to call in which is a waste of time. I was told there was a shortage of vets but if you call in to register a new pet they are more than happy to take on more clients, why? You can't manage the clients you already have. My second vaccination appointment date arrives and I get a voicemail to say sorry we need to cancel your apt as we have a shortage of vets. Having to take more time off work and now may miss the second vaccination AGAIN as it has to be inbetween 3 and 4 weeks time frame. You'd be much better travelling a little further into Rawtenstall and going with Shuttleworth vets, company is ran a lot more smoothly and professionally.
