Excellent service and vet thorough and very caring. Made at ease which is always good for my wife. Cat 🐈‍⬛ has lost some weight which is a worry so back in 4 weeks The cat 🐈‍⬛ is my wife’s surrogate baby and is very fond of him. I would highly recommend the vet for your cat, dog etc.

Teddy had a routine operation, everything from start to finish was excellent. Customer service brilliant and the care for my pet was first class. Everything explained and double checked my understanding. Thank you

I have used Tameside vet for a number of years and would happily recommend them. The receptionist are very helpful and I always ask for the same vet when I need to make an appointment. I have a nervous dog and the vet is so patient with him.

At first it was hard to find but my sister has a modern car that told us how to get there. The vets was very clean and bright, the front desk staff were lovely and friendly and helpful efficient professional people who have intuition and use it well. The Veterinary Doctor was a good looking guy who was constantly smiling (I have never seen anyone smile when working before) he kneeled down to say hello to my puppy and her tail was wagging as usual and she jumped up and gave him a hug and he thanked her for the cuddles! She didn't seem to mind much when he gave her the first injection and microchip, whereas I was a little weary because she's only a baby and I know that it is uncomfortable plus I got that stuff shot up her nose and, especially the microchip but she didn't even whimper when he was doing it and I worried that it might hurt and her reaction could have been to bite so I covered her mouth with my hands very gently reassuring her she'll be OK but I really didn't need to do that because the Vet was very gentle with her and she must have known she was in a safe place. He seemed very smitten by my puppy and I even told him that I had never seen anyone smiling like he was in their job before. I think this man really enjoys his job and animals are obvious passion for him. The Vetinarian was extremely pleasant and professional and efficient in his knowledge and experience and I asked him several questions that I was concerned about because an American Bull Terrier puppy is very different from my normal Jack Russell puppy experience and he really put my mind on the matter to ease. He seemed like a very pleasant person who enjoys his vocation and the irony is that my puppy is able to get quality care and I can call Tameside Vets in Droylsden in an emergency and they will help (I'm assuming they have emergency numbers) and I can't get a flipping appointment to see a GP let alone quality care with a smile 😁. All in all I give them ten out of ten and I will be taking my puppy to them for the rest of her life and health needs, should she have any. My only thing that has annoyed me is they have spelled my surname wrong. So this four week insurance thing I got for free would not have helped should anything had happened to my puppy as the insurance cover is void because my name on record is wrong to my actual name. So the insurance wouldn't have paid out had anything happened.

We’ve been using this vets now since we adopted our dog 10 years ago . It’s however only recently that we have needed them so much. Their care for animals is amazing. How helpful they are and understanding. The colleagues on reception are always helpful. Every vet we’ve seen have always given us great advice and nothing is a shock.
