The vets at Pinewood really care for our pets and not so much the money that some larger chains seem to be. They have saved my kittens, Ziggys life and I can’t thank them for their care and treatments enough. I will never take my pets anywhere else 😻😘xxx

Terrible practice, got surgery for my dog and was all good and well until post-operation check-ups. Seems to be that as soon as you spend the money and leave, they couldn’t give a toss about the pets. Went for a post-op check-up and the guy checking the dog didn’t speak very fluent English and did the bloody check-up in the reception/seating area instead of the check-up room, going through everybody like he was in a rush. Didn’t even do a proper evaluation of my dog and asked me all the questions rather than taking a good look and doing a proper check-up and sent us on our way. I did ask, Is that all? and he went, Yes. Apparently, they don’t need to use the check-up room? Ever since then, my dog has seriously deteriorated and I quite frankly think that this practice was a serious fault for this as they didn’t even provide proper or even adequate post-op care. He took 30 seconds to check-up my dog and sent us on our way like we were an inconvenience. Didn’t even know why my dog was in, even though it was on the computer, so the vet staff aren’t even regularly checking their patients. He had to ask what my dog had and everything—he was basically useless. If only he did a proper check-up. I will be finding out his name and be reporting him because that is absolutely unacceptable. Please do not bring your pets here, especially for surgery or check-ups, as they seem to not give two tosses. All they want is the money and that’s done. He was quite rude and condescending towards me because he didn’t know what my dog had had? Surely you’d check the system to find out who your patients are that day/hour? Looking forward to finding this vet staff and reporting him.

Great practice! The staff go above and beyond to help make your visit go smoothly. I have two dogs, one is extremely anxious and not easy to handle. The extra time taken to allow for this is really appreciated. I would highly recommend 👍 Safe, caring and supportive. Brilliant team 👏

Great vets, lots of good advice and really thorough consultations. Really impressed so far. My dog is quite happy going there too.
