We had our first visit to Chorley Vets this week. From the moment we walked in, it was clear we'd made the right choice! We were welcomed by Sam, who put our puppy at ease. He had previously been frightened at another vets, but here he felt comfortable enough to have a cuddle instead, with no upset from him at all. We didn't wait long until we were called in to see Calypso. She was fantastic. So thorough and reassuring. She gave him a full health check and again our puppy was so relaxed, which was suchba relief. When we came out to pay, he had more cuddles from Sam, so I could concentrate on the instructions for his medication. Every member of staff we met were professional and so friendly. We have clearly made the right choice by joining this practice.

If you have an exotic I can’t recommend this place enough, mushu had his first visit this week and I was so happy with the care received. Originally I was worried about having to take him to the vets for the first time, but my nerves were instantly settled as everybody was so kind and reassuring. He was handled amazingly and with such genuine care and interest. I will be returning back to Chorley whenever needed and if you have concerns about your reptile I suggest you come here. ❤️

A special thank you to the new man there (I didn’t catch his name, but he’s an exotic vet with glasses). His gentle manner, clear knowledge, and calm reassurance meant so much to me at such a difficult time. He treated my Norris with the utmost care, explaining everything and making sure he was comfortable and safe until his last moments 🥰❤️ I’ve used this vets since they opened and Norris always boarded at razs ark when I went on holiday too, I would recommend this place and razs ark to anyone❤️

I'm incredibly protective of our cats and was really worried about moving to a new vets. Chorley Vets have been fantastic, they're always very quick to respond over the phone, app or email and the entire team have always been fantastic with all of our cats. You can always see from sitting in the reception how considerate they are with all of the animals too, if a reactive dog comes in they offer a separate waiting room/area and they're quick to ask dogs to move to one side of the waiting area if we ever come in with our cats. They're fantastic, highly recommend!!

Chorley vets took care of our pet Walter (and us) with such care and love and dignity. We moved to Chorley vets when our previous vets couldn’t seem to help our cat get better at all. During our first call, Sam on reception was so kind and helpful, and her experience and professionalism shone through as she suggested we came in that same day. We met our vet Louise that day and she was able to diagnose and treat our pet that day and change the course of his life. Walter passed away almost 3 weeks ago and Chorley vets supported us through everything, they held us through the process and we couldn’t have asked for more. We feel so lucky to have had Louise as our vet, she is a true Angel, so professional and kind and nothing was ever too much to ask. Thank you Chorley Vets.
