I really like all the staff at this practice and I actually think that they care about our pets. Costs for everything in life have gone up but if you have a pet of any kind you want to do the best for them and I trust these people to take the best possible care

Absolutely shocking, brought our frenchie in Saturday morning that needed emergency surgery and they wouldn't do it even seeing her so unwell and recommended by out of hours to go. We then went to vets 4 pets who said if we dont do surgery now she will die... and they moved appointments round do save her. In the end vets 4 pets saved her life and did everything to do that. Bunch tree the surgeon looked shocked young and inexperienced in my opinion, do not go

Really disappointed with the service we have received this week. We brought our 16 year old pointer in a few weeks ago and was advised he should have been on painkillers every day, not as and when as told by previous vets. The vet didn't seem to believe me when I advised them we were told as and when needed. Anyway, we were prescribed new meds and these have been working so I called up for a repeat prescription as advised when I saw the vet in Carnforth. I paid for the prescription on Monday morning and was advised I'd have it emailed that day. I then had to chase the following day and was promised a call back, this didn't happen. I then chased again on Wednesday and was advised the vet wouldn't email the prescription without seeing him again. I complained about this as wasn't told this at the appointment, was told he needed them every day. Anyway, I asked for the vet to call me back and this to date has never happened. The poor receptionist got the brunt of the complaint and the vet simply hasn't bothered to contact us, we now have a dog who has ran out of medication and we are expected to pay another £70 for a 2 minute appointment to be told he needs the same painkillers. Absolutely disgusting service and I'll be moving my 3 dogs to another vets. The receptionist's are great and the previous experiences have been great, however this particular vet has ruined all of that for us. Daylight robbery, not returning promised calls and leaving a dog without pain meds - not a good look!

The vet was a charming polite person who treated my parrot cheeko.gave me lots of information about caring for parrots..also put my mind at ease..thank you for your professional service
